Make sure that folder contains nothing but the "Backup" folder when you're done. If you have data in that folder create a new folder called "Backup" and move everything in that folder into the "Backup" folder. That should be something like \userdata\\1551360\remote where is where the Steam app is installed and is your numeric user identifier (likely the most recent folder modified in that directory if you have more than one folder).
That said, if you're getting this error and can't play reseting your progress is the least of your problems.įirst you need to find your Steam userdata which shoudl be under your Steam install directory.
